Message from the President

It is a great honour and privilege for me to take up the role of President of the Irish Bowling Association in 2026 and I would like to thank the NIBA general purposes committee and members for nominating me, the IBA council for appointing me and my own club Donaghadee B.C. for their generous support.

The Irish Bowling Association has a proud tradition built on dedication, friendship and respect for the sport and I am committed to upholding those values.

Bowling in Ireland is sustained by the tireless work of our volunteers, officials, clubs and players at every level. I would like to acknowledge and thank all those who give their time and effort so generously to ensure the continued success of the Association.

I look forward to meeting many of you over the coming months and to sharing in the enjoyment and camaraderie that makes Irish bowling so special.
